Oswaldo Ponce
I started working with BSN SPORTS in 2017 as a Print Operator, then became a Print Room Team Lead. Today, I lead a team of 18 operations specialists and have responsibility for pre-production and the production aspects of the facility. My role involves ensuring all areas are operating according to standard, producing quality products for our customers, and keeping my team motivated to perform at their best. 

What excites me most is the variety of opportunities to learn within. In between my day-to-day tasks, I am able to assist with other departments and have also helped launch a new production facility and develop employee training material.  
My proudest moments are seeing the personal growth within my team. 

My advice to anyone interested in joining the company is to come with an open mindset to learn. Each day is different, and the opportunity to grow is abundant.

Carissa Bagley
What attracted me to BSN Sports is its adaptability and eagerness to rise to every challenge.  From my first interview, I felt that BSN knew they needed to always be evolving to keep up with this continuously changing industry, including investing in me and my career. I have been with the company for over 10 years and have risen to my current role of Senior Territory Manager. I work directly with Sales Pros to grow their territories and retain customers – we reach our goals together.  I also train new Territory Managers to ensure they completely understand our daily work and know how to build trust within their working relationships.

The trust and respect that I have earned from my Sales Pros is my proudest accomplishment. When I hear positive feedback from my team, especially seeing my hard work reflected in sales growth and uptick in margin and freight, I feel very proud and its rewarding knowing a team has become stronger by working together.    

Be prepared to learn something new every day and be ready to pivot when obstacles arise.  We are always improving at BSN Sports, whether through the launch of new tools and resources or trying different approaches to reach our goals. This company understands that they improve because their employees grow with them, thus building a collective passion of The Heart of the Game.​​​​
Senior Territory Manager
slide 1 of 2 Chris Reynolds Chris always had a passion for sports from a young age. A standout baseball player in high school, he played college ball at Northlake Community College before finishing up his collegiate career at Dallas Baptist University. Drafted as a pitcher by the Tampa Bay Devil Rays in 1997, Chris played four seasons in the major leagues, to include one with the Pittsburgh Pirates before hanging up the glove in 2001. Looking for his next opportunity, he went into the mortgage industry for a few years, but felt the pull to get back to his passion of sports. In 2007, he started his career at BSN Sports as a Customer Service Representative.  In just two short years, he was promoted to Field Sales Professional and became a founding member of Team Texas in 2009. His territory being the DFW metroplex and Southeast Texas to the Rio Grande Valley, his high energy and dedication to customer service quickly stood out to his customers.  His sales accomplishments and leadership enabled him to be promoted to Branch Manager in 2013 where he managed 10 sales pros’ while also maintaining his own yearly sales of 1M+. Promoted to his current role in 2015, he oversees 34 sales pros and three branch managers that cover the DFW Metroplex and Southeast Texas to the Rio Grande Valley.  When asked what he has enjoyed most about his time at BSN, Chris had this to say.  “It’s all about the people that you work for.  From the top, the leadership of this company has been great.  In times of challenge, they inspire our dedication and focus. To work side by side with Adam and Terry is unmatched. It makes the job he does everyday FUN. Having fun doing what you love around sports and making an impact in students and coaches’ lives, this leads to a recipe for success.” His manager, Terry Moffett, had this to say about Chris. “Chris is woven into the fabric of BSN Texas Field Sales group. As a Sales Pro, Chris made an immediate impact on coaches and their programs through his dedication. Varsity coaches asked Chris to speak to their teams prior to a big game. He is a master communicator / get-it-done warrior that customers and Sales Pros know they can count on. Chris embodies the passion-dedication-integrity that customers demand, and we promise to deliver…and he is just getting started!" Regional Sales Manager
