Our focused diversity and inclusion journey, at its core, underscores the importance of one of our core values: respect. Culture and Inclusion Advisory Council

Varsity Brands is committed to providing an inclusive work environment for all. To support this, we've launched the Diversity & Inclusion Advisory Council with the following mission:

Improve diversity and inclusion understanding within Varsity Brands by promoting dialogue, sharing ideas and information, collaborating and implementing diversity initiatives and fostering an environment of respect and inclusion for all team members and customers.
Culture Calendar
 Our year-long Culture and Inclusion content calendar is focused on educating our workforce on important heritage months & cultural days of celebration.
Talent
 We are heightening our focus on diverse candidate slates for open positions and tracking statistics as they relate to representation, hiring and attrition.
Survey
 We routinely survey employees to understand how our employees feel about their current well-being and our culture.
Training
 As we continue our Inclusion journey, we provide training for our team members on a variety of topics including Anti-discrimination, microaggressions and diversity sensitivity.

The Varsity Brands Rally Crew is an employee engagement team that inspires and rallies our teammates - all while having fun in the workplace. The Rally Crew's mission is to create positive experiences for employees that highlight and strengthen our culture and foster camaraderie, teamwork and engagement.

The Rally Crew is dedicated to hosting seasonal celebrations, employee contests and virtual events. The Crew has implemented bi-weekly brain teaser competitions, called Friday Fast Breaks, contributions to the Rally Crew Cookbook and annual holiday décor contests.
